1. Introduction

Allstars Daycare and Preschool, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Center”) is committed to protecting the privacy, safety, and well-being of all children, families, and staff. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle personal information, communication, emergency procedures, and operational policies that ensure the security and privacy of all individuals in our care.

2. Personal Information and Recordkeeping

To provide quality childcare and maintain a safe environment, we collect necessary information such as enrollment forms, emergency contacts, medical authorizations, and parent communication details.

All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for administrative, educational, and emergency purposes. We do not share personal information with outside parties except as required by law, regulatory agencies, or in the event of an emergency involving law enforcement or public safety officials.

3. Communication and Parent Interaction

We value open communication and utilize various platforms to keep parents informed and engaged.

Communication methods may include:

- Brightwheel

- Email and phone

- Website and social media (Facebook, Instagram)

- Zoom meetings and in-person conferences

- Newsletters, memos, and door postings

- Verbal and written notices

Parents are encouraged to reach out at any time—our communication channels are always open. Monthly newsletters are distributed every second Monday of the month.

Parents must notify the front office by 9:00 a.m. if their child will be absent from care.

4. Emergency and Evacuation Procedures

In the event of an emergency or mandatory evacuation directed by law enforcement or emergency officials, children will be transported safely using daycare vans, buses, or other approved vehicles, including assistance from police or firefighters if necessary.

If the Center (located at 917-D Greens Road, Houston, Texas 77060) is closed due to an emergency, updates will be shared via local news broadcasts. Relocation sites include:

In case of a medical emergency, 911 will be called immediately. Parents will be notified as soon as possible, and each child must have a current Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization on file.

5. Child Dress Code and Personal Belongings

To ensure safety and uniformity, children must adhere to the following dress code:

- Shirts: Solid polo shirts (red, navy blue, or purple)

- Bottoms: Khaki or navy blue shorts/pants. Girls may wear white button-down shirts, navy or khaki dresses (with shorts underneath), or skorts.

- Footwear: Tennis shoes, closed-in shoes, or buster brown type shoes with white socks.

Not permitted:

- Boots with heels, flip-flops, slides, or sandals with open backs.

- Hanging pants/shorts.

- Barrettes or hairbands in infant/toddler classrooms.

- Uniform-colored hair ribbons are allowed. Shirts must always be tucked in, and belts are required when garments have belt loops.

All clothing must be clearly labeled with the child’s name. The Center is not responsible for lost, stained, or damaged clothing resulting from participation in daily activities.

6. Community Resources and Family Support

We partner with community organizations to support families experiencing physical, mental, behavioral, or financial challenges. Upon request, our Director can provide information on available community services, including education and developmental programs tailored to your child’s needs.

7. Program Dismissal Policy

While our goal is to maintain positive relationships with all families, childcare services may be discontinued under certain circumstances, including:

- Ongoing unsafe or disruptive behavior

- Repeated late pickups or unpaid tuition

- Missing required forms or health documents

- Parent or guardian misconduct

- Extended absences without notice

We will make every effort to communicate and resolve concerns before making a dismissal decision. When possible, a 1–2 week notice will be provided. Immediate termination may occur if safety is at risk.

Please note that registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.

8. Data and Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in procedures or legal requirements. Parents will be notified of significant updates through written communication or electronic notice.
