
Treat each child with dignity and respect
Work as a Team Member in providing a positive and safe learning environment, keeping learning center organized, clean, sanitized and up to date
Supervise children at all times
Assume an equal share of the housekeeping duties of the staff
Obtain a minimum of 30 hours of annual training in professional development
Use consistent discipline and guidance based on the understanding of the individual needs and development of the child
Plan and implement lesson plans with developmental appropriate learning activities and experiences for the children
Dress professionally as stated in your employee handbook
Maintain up to date records, including daily attendance, Brightwheel, anecdotal records and assessments
Communicate in a professional manner toward other team members, children and parents
Adhere to the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct
